14m in height.

Hover text is not permitted

Maturity Rating |
You accept responsibility for
maintaining a Mature rating and following standard Linden
Lab Terms of Service and Community Standards. World -

Megaprims |
Megaprims are not permitted.
Linden Lab does not support nor endorse the use of megaprims. |
| |
|
MOOP |
MOOP stands for "Matter Out Of
Place" and is any prim that is outside your parcel
borders. MOOP is
not permitted. |

|
Prim Limit |
Do not exceed 95 prims per
parcel. You can easily view your prim usage. First, click on
your parcel. Then choose "About Land..." and select the
"Objects" tab to view this information.
Refer to the

for tips on how to optimize use of prims. |

General |
Changes |
Although most changes are
likely to be minor, Operations may change these Exhibitor
Guidelines from time to time, and in Operations' sole
discretion. Operations encourages exhibitors to frequently
check this page for any changes to its Exhibitor Guidelines. |

Eligibility |
Members of the Linden® Lab Solution Provider Program
are eligible to exhibit. |

Exhibitor Guidelines |
You must maintain compliance
with exhibitor requirements as written on this page. |
| |
|
No Booth |
Leaving an exhibit parcel
empty is not permitted. If you are unable to create at least
a first-pass booth within 2 weeks of assignment, the space will be
reassigned. This is because the exposition is promoted
heavily and empty spaces "don't look good." You are welcome
to apply again for a new assignment at a later time. |

Fees |
There are no exhibitor fees
but you must maintain compliance with exhibitor requirements
as written on this page. |

|
Group |
You or a designated member on
your staff will need to be a member
of the
SPConference group to
receive periodic exhibitor updates. If you need a group
invitation, please click here. |

Get A Booth |
Parcel Assignments |
Exhibitor parcels are assigned
by the Exhibition Operations Team. To see where your parcel
is located on the region, click here. |

Parcel Control |
Your parcel will be set For Sale for 0 L$ to your SL Account
name. After you buy the parcel you will control it. Options
include setting media streams and deeding it to your group for
access by your staff. |

|
Parcel Size |
All parcels are 16m x
16m. You can view your parcel property lines by selecting
"View" from the SL main menu (at the top of your
screen), then choose "View Property Lines." |

|
Parcel Subdividing |
Parcel subdividing is not
permitted. Refer to the
SP
Blog for tips on how to optimize use of parcels. |

|
Terraforming |
Parcel terraforming is not
permitted. The Exposition region is
pre-terraformed. |
| |
|
Trading Parcels |
Trading exhibit parcels is not
permitted unless both exhibitors agree and both send emails
to spconference.manager@gmail.com. |

Good Neighbors |
Behavior |
Second Life®
Terms of Service and
Community
Standards must be observed. Please maintain professional behavior
towards other exhibitors, exposition visitors, volunteer
staff, and Linden Lab staff. Use private IM for discussing
issues. |

Scripts |
Low lag scripts are vital.
Script time will be monitored to ensure script load is
manageable. |

|
Security |
For your safety please set
your parcel security at World - About Land - Options:
- Create Objects: All Residents OFF
- Object Entry: All Residents OFF
- Run Scripts: All Residents OFF
- Safe (no damage) ON |

Sounds |
If you have accessories or
scripted objects producing sounds, please restrict them to
your parcel. To do this click on: World - About Land -
Media:
- Restrict gesture and object sounds to this parcel ON |

Spamming |
Spamming is not permitted. Do
not use automatic scripts, bots, shouters, etc. to contact
visitors. Instead, use voluntary notecard givers, landmark
givers, textured signs, etc. Keep them within your
parcel borders. |

Freebie Givers |
You are welcome to offer
promotional freebies to visitors using voluntary clickable
objects. Keep these within your parcel borders. |

Listings |
You may list your parcel in
Search at your own expense at World - About Land -
Options:
- Show Place in Search (L$30/week) under CATEGORY
You may change your parcel name at World - About Land
- General:
- Name NAME
We recommend you list parcel ID after name (e.g., "Super
Builders K6") |

Media Streams |
You may set your own media
streams. |
| |
|
Promotions |
Promotional events will be
held monthly and communicated by online media. Refer to the
SP
Blog
for tips on how to further increase the promotional value of
your exhibit. |

Sales |
Sales Vendors are not
permitted. Instead, use voluntary free promotional item
givers, notecard
givers, landmark givers, textured signs, etc. to direct
visitors to your sales locations. Keep them within your
parcel borders. |
